Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction‍

This acceptable use policy (the "Policy") defines the rules governing the use of any other service provided by Zeppto (Comeone) SAS under the applicable terms and conditions, including the supplier code and any proprietary software as a service solution such as described in the applicable agreement.

Both uses will be referred to as "Services".

References in this policy to "you" are to any customer or customer representative for the Services (and "your" should be construed accordingly); and references in this policy to "we" are to Zeppto (Comeone) SAS (and "we" and "our" are to be interpreted accordingly).

By using the Services, you agree to the rules set out in this policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services; and by using the services you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.​

General rules of use

You must not use the Services in a way that causes, or could cause, damage to the Services or an impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Services.

You must not use the services:

(a) in a manner that is illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful; or
(b) in connection with any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activity or purpose.​

Restrictions on online properties

You must not use the services on online properties (websites or applications) with the following activities:​

• Sale and / or promotion of counterfeit products
• Sale and / or promotion of dangerous products or services (for example, illegal recreational drugs (chemical or herbal); psychoactive substances; equipment facilitating drug use; weapons, ammunition, explosives and fireworks; instructions for manufacturing explosives or other noxious products)
• Sale and / or promotion of products or services designed to allow dishonest behavior (for example, pirating of software or instructions; services designed to artificially inflate advertising traffic or website traffic; false documents; university cheating services )
• posting inappropriate content (for example, bullying an individual or group, racial discrimination, hate paraphernalia, images of crime or accident scenes, cruelty to animals, murder, self-harm, extortion or blackmail, selling or trade in endangered species, advertisements using blasphemous language)
• Sale and / or promotion of adult content

You must not use the services on online properties (websites or applications) with the following activities until you have obtained written permission from the provider:​

• Sale and / or promotion of health care and drugs
• Sale and / or promotion of alcohol
• Sale and / or promotion of legal recreational drugs (chemical or herbal)
• Sale and / or promotion of financial services
• Games of chance, betting, lotteries, promotional lotteries, contests or any other activity related to games of chance

You must not use the services if your business falls into the categories of businesses and business practices listed on this webpage (or any link subsequently updated): https://stripe.com/fr/restricted-businesses

Control

You acknowledge that we may actively monitor the use of the Services.​
